A netipot is the most disgusting thing ever. The pharmacist swears by it and says it will help my headaches. I sure hope she's right. But running salt water through my nasal cavities is definitely not the most pleasant thing I have experienced. End of story.

I have yet to experience the results and I have done it twice :/ It is the strangest thing I have experienced.
Yes it is and it never gets less strange, lol. But endure the strangeness and give it time to work, my dear, which I sincerely hope it does for you. :)

I made my own once. It was disgusting, but it worked. I also have some magic nasal spray if you want to try that.
